At Clarks India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your footwear, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the shoes are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are placed back inside the original Clarks branded box.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 hours; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our authorized logistics partner.
Refund Processing
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original payment mode or bank account within 7-10 working days.
